Rugby Ball

Ball

The rugby ball’s distinctive shape is supposedly due to the pig’s bladder the ball use to be made with.

A rugby ball is traditionally made of brown leather; modern balls are manufactured in a variety of colours and patterns.
A regulation ball is 28-30cm long ad 58-62cm in circumference. It weighs 410-460grams.
