Bean Burritos
Serves 4
Ingredients
• 8 tortilla breads
• 2 cans chili beans
• 3 tomatoes chopped
• Diced cucumber
• Lettuce leaves
• 1/2 small pot of low fat sour cream
• 1/2 cup (60g) grated cheese
Directions
Heat chili beans in a pot while tortillas are warming in the oven. Place chili beans onto tortillas and top with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, a little sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese. Fold over and serve.
Serve with extra salad to make a healthy meal the whole family will enjoy.
