Easy Homemade Muesli
Here’s a recipe that will not only save you time, but it will save you money by making your favourite cereal mix go even further. Some muesli brands are really high in sugar and fat, so a great way to still enjoy them is to bulk them out with wholegrain oats.
Ingredients
1 box of your favourite low fat fruit muesli
1kg bag of wholegrain oats
1 cup of sultanas (or other dried fruit)
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
Serve with low fat milk or yoghurt and fruit.
