There are specially made lacrosse shoes, they are made with more heel support and have more arch in the back. There spikes are longer than that of soccer shoes to allow the player to run faster in turf and get more acceleration from standing.
But if you do not wish to invest in specially made lacrosse shoes, soccer shoes will do.
