Healthy Bircher Style Oats
Ingredients per person
½ cup rolled oats or wholegrain oats
200mls of lowfat milk
1 grated apple and a tablespoon of raisons or sultanas.
Cinnamon
This is healthy and easy, mix all the above ingredients together in a breakfast bowl and leave over night in the refrigerator. In the morning either serve cold topped with yoghurt and fruit, or heat in the microwave if desired. Experiment with different fruit combinations and add LSA or psyllium for extra fibre if desired.
