I have recently found out I have more food allergies than I did in the past. With my food allergies I am wondering how to balance my diet so I get what is need from the food I can have.
Here is the list of FOOD ALLERGIES:
Wheat, corn, rice, oats, barley, rye, wild rice, brown sugar cane, molasses, buckwheat, mustard, turnip, radishes, horse radish, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kale, watercress, beans, english walnuts, apple, pears, plums, almonds, peaches, apricots, cherries, nectarines, shell fish.
I'm losing weight that I don't want to lose. I'm 5"6, tiny frame, 40 years old and 107 pounds. I'm at a lose as to how to maintain my weight and still remain healthy. Can you help me?

Has your doctor diagnosed these allergies? Allergies are on the rise in New Zealand, but don’t trust everything you read on the internet.
Many of the allergy and intolerance tests commonly available on the internet will suggest long lists of foods to be excluded from the diet. Excluding a major food group or a combination of different foods, creates many practical difficulties. Some people have food intolerances rather than a true allergies, and sorting this out needs the assistance of an experienced allergist via your GP.
Don’t cut out whole groups of foods from your diet without the advice of a dietitian or you will risk missing out on important nutrients. Once you have sorted out your true allergies, you can then sit down with a dietician or nutritionist and work on creating a balanced diet.
In the meantime have plenty of mashed potatoes with your dinner to help you gain weight.
