Mild Sweet Chilli Beef Stir-fry

Serves 4
 
500g lean steak, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
300g broccoli
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup cooked rice noodles
60mls sweet chilli sauce
60mls oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp peanut oil

Mix beef together with crushed garlic then refrigerate.  Cut broccoli into pieces, place in a pan of boiling water then drain immediately, leaving to one side. Stir fry the beef in a heated wok or pan until brown, then put aside. Gently heat the sesame seeds till they pop. Add the beef, noodles, broccoli, sauces and oils.  Stir-fry until hot and serve with salad or extra vegetables.
