Jacquie is qualified both as a nutritionist and as a personal trainer and has spent the last ten years of her life dedicated in the areas of fitness and nutrition.
As such, she is in the unique and ideal situation to provide nutritional advice to athletes and sportspeople who want to get the best possible performance out of their bodies.
 
Jacquie studied nutrition through Sport Sciences of America and has an impressive reputation for getting a wide range of people into their peak mental and physical condition.
 
A firm believer that anybody can achieve their physical best with a little goal-setting and a great nutrition coach, Jacquie has helped a multitude of athletes including rowers, body builders, tri-athletes and swimmers.
 
Jacquie believes that people can truly achieve the impossible, with the right guidance, advice and fuel.  She shares her advice with more than 50 clients per week, and as a health writer, regularly contributes to national newspapers and magazines.
 
To ensure that she is up-to-date with all the latest health and fitness research, Jacquie puts aside at least one hour a day to read medical journals and research.
 
Jacquie’s philosophy is simple.  The path to success is all about communicating with people and making sure that they not only know what to eat and how to train, but also why. Her aim is to change how people view nutrition and training, so it becomes a lifestyle change.
