Pork Balls

Satay Pork Balls

Serves 4

Serve with Soup, Salad or Steamed Vegetables.

500g lean pork mince
2 thin slices bread made into crumbs
2 cloves garlic crushed
4 sliced spring onions
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
2 level tbs peanut butter
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce


Mix all together. Using wet hands form mixture into small balls and bake at 200 deg C in sprayed roasting pan for about 20 minutes. Shake the pan a few times during cooking.
