Spice Crusting - Spice up your meals for winter

A healthy meal doesn’t have to be a tasteless one. With a few sauces, herbs and spices at your fingertips, you can create delicious meals night after night that not only taste good, but are easy to prepare and good for you.
Use with:
Protein – chicken, fish or tofu.
Vegetables – add a large salad or stir fry vegetables.
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of coriander
Freshly ground black pepper
Mix all spices together in a dish. Roll your chicken, fish, or tofu in the spice mixture, generously coating all sides. Lightly spray a heated pan with olive oil spray, and cook.
